These words are taken from the books of Isaiah and also the book of Revelations in the Bible. The prophet Isaiah was in mourning because righteous King Uzziah had died that year. The Lord comforted him by showing him his presence.
In Revelations, the elders and thousands upon thousands of angels fall down and cry worthy is the lamb (Jesus) upon the throne.
Isaiah 6
In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. 3 And they were calling to one another:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty;
the whole earth is full of his glory.”
4 At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.
Revelation 5
13 Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying:
To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!
